At Cyrusher France, we want you to be fully satisfied with your electric bike or sports gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the product in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Ship to Cyrusher France

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated warehouse facility in France.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
